I started Dad's Toolbox because I kept watching small business owners drown in the same problems: messy books, scattered admin, and no time to think about growth. Over 30 years in trades, the service industry, and manufacturing, I learned that most businesses don't fail from lack of talent — they fail from lack of structure.
